Ruggedized Hardware
Our complete guidance solution is powered by the VR500 all-in-one smart antenna. The VR500 has undergone extensive shock, vibration, and environmental testing to ensure that it is ready to stand up to the harshest jobsite conditions. The IronOne rugged display features an 8” high-brightness touchscreen display for visibility in direct sunlight. The optional TS2 blade tilt sensor is an industry proven unit, designed to perform in challenging environments.

Hemisphere’s Atlas® is an innovative positioning service that delivers correction signals via L-band satellites at scalable accuracies ranging from sub-meter to sub-decimeter levels. Leveraging more than 200 reference stations worldwide and L-band satellites distributing corrections, virtually all the earth’s landmass has coverage. Atlas support is available on all Atlas-capable Hemisphere single and dual-frequency, multi-GNSS, RTK- capable hardware.

Atlas compliments third-party GNSS receivers by allowing them to use Atlas corrections with Hemisphere’s innovative BaseLink® capabilities. Hemisphere A631 GNSS Smart Antenna

The A631 GNSS Smart Antenna is an affordable, portable solution with professional-level accuracy for agricultural, marine, GIS, mapping, and other applications.

Focus on the job-at-hand with fast start-up and reacquisition times, scalable accuracy, and an easy-to-see LED status indicator for power, GNSS, and DGNSS. The durable enclosure houses both antenna and receiver. It can be powered through various sources, making the A631 smart antenna ideal for a variety of applications. Dual-Serial, CAN, and pulse output options make this DGNSS receiver compatible with almost any interface.

A631 is supported by Hemisphere’s easy-to-use Atlas Portal, which empowers you to update firmware and enable functionality, including Atlas subscriptions for accuracies from meter to sub-decimeter levels.

Hemisphere C631 GNSS Smart Antenna

The C631 is Hemisphere’s all-new multi-GNSS, multi-frequency smart antenna. The C631 provides robust performance and high precision in a compact and rugged package. With multiple wireless communication ports and an open GNSS interface, the C631 can be used in a variety of operating modes. Use the C631 as a precise base station sending RTK to your existing rover network. Turn the C631 into a lightweight and easy to use rover by connecting it to your base via UHF radio or Wi-Fi network. The built-in web user interface (WebUI) can be used to control and manage the receiver status and operation, as well as to upgrade the C631 with new firmware and activations. C631 is Athena-enabled and Atlas-capable (subscription required).

The C631 receiver is powered by Athena RTK technology. With Athena, C631 provides state-of-the-art RTK performance when receiving corrections from a static base station or network RTK correction system. With multiple connectivity options, the C631 allows for RTK corrections to be received over radio, cell modem, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or serial connection. Hemisphere IronOne Rugged Display & Terminal

IronOne is a rugged display and computer designed for tough and extreme conditions. Ideal for machine control environments requiring an easy to read display, powerful I/O, and flexible adoption into multiple applications.

IronOne is equipped with an 8” LCD display containing a high-sensitivity touchscreen. Providing an IP67 rating, IronOne is designed to function in challenging environments including machine control. Showcasing an outstanding image quality with a 1280×720 resolution, the IronOne is easy to read and use in low or high visibility scenarios. With the processing power of an Intel dual-core processor, the IronOne will handle large file transfers and complex file formats. IronOne includes 32GB internal SSD.

IronOne runs on a fully featured Windows 10 platform. Allowing complete Windows support with the ruggedness to stand up to the extreme environments of heavy machinery.

Hemisphere Vector™ VR1000

The Vector™ VR1000 is Hemisphere GNSS’ premiere multi-GNSS, multi-frequency position and heading receiver designed specifically for the machine control market. Providing precise heading, Athena RTK positioning, and full Atlas capability, its rugged design is compliant to IP69K, MIL-STD-810G, and IEC 60068-2 standards.

The VR1000 supports antenna separations up to 10 meters, offering heading accuracy to 0.01 degrees RMS in addition to RTK position accuracy and full support for Hemisphere GNSS’ Atlas Global Correction Service.
